If you or your fiancé/ fiancée is a graduate of HKUMed, you are most welcome to come back to the Medical Campus to take wedding photos.
Below are some possible photo-taking locations for consideration:
- Outside of the main entrance of William MW Mong Block
- Lobby of William MW Mong Block
- Fan Pui Garden
- Terrace Garden on 1/F, William MW Mong Block
Please submit the following information to our Event & Alumni Affairs Team by email medalum@hku.hk at least 5 working days before the proposed photo-taking day to seek permission. Please state 'Take Wedding Photo on Medical Campus' in the email subject.
- Proposed date and timeslot of the photo-taking
- No. of members in the photography crew (including the couple)
- Full name, programme and year of graduation of the couple (only applicable to HKU graduate(s))
- Contact no., email and residential address of the couple (only applicable to HKU graduate(s))
- Specialty and workplace of the couple (if applicable)
- Actual wedding date
