The Tripartite Medical Education Conference 2023 was organized by the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and HKUMed. This was the first time these three parties collaborated to co-organise a conference providing both undergraduate and postgraduate medical education in one platform. The opening ceremony was officiated by Prof Lo Chung-mau （盧寵茂）, Secretary for Health, Health Bureau, HKSAR; Prof Gilberto Leung Ka-kit （梁嘉傑）, President of the Academy; Prof Francis Chan Ka-leung （陳家亮）, Dean, Faculty of Medicine, CUHK and Prof Vivian Lin Kwang-wen （林光汶）, Acting Dean, LKS Faculty of Medicine, HKU. Themed ‘Actualising the Curriculum Continuum’, the conference included plenary, symposium, debate session, workshop components, and a roundtable discussion entitled ‘Ten Years Down the Line’. The conference drew 308 local and overseas participants.
