The Department of Ophthalmology, School of Clinical Medicine and the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the Chinese University of Hong Kong co-hosted Hong Kong Ocular Surface Workshop 2023: Importance of Dry Eye Management in Cross Sub-specialty Patient Care on 31 July 2023.
The workshop featured a panel of esteemed doctors who provided valuable insights and knowledge on various topics related to dry eye management, including IPL treatment with the various filters for the dry eye, anti-glaucoma medication-induced ocular surface disease, the effects of repeated intravitreal injections on ocular surface diseases, dry eye management in post-refractive surgery cases and the Importance of dry eye management in oculoplastic patient care.
The workshop provided a platform for the exchange of knowledge among doctors from Hong Kong and overseas, contributing to advancements in cross sub-specialty patient care in relation to dry eye management.
