The 2nd International Conference of LevelMind@JC organised by the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine in collaboration with Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and NGOs, took place on 9-10 June 2023 at the historic Tai Kwun. The conference aimed to promote public awareness, early prevention, and support services for youth with mental health needs in the community, was kicked off by Mr Wallace Lau, the Commissioner for Youth of the HK Government. Many world-renowned experts and scholars, such as Professor Patrick McGorry (Orygen) and Professor Barbara Dooley (University College Dublin), were invited as keynote speakers. Utilising a hybrid format, the event offered both in-person and online options to accommodate its 603 registrants from around the world.
