To further strengthen the School’s cohesion and foster a greater sense of belonging, a retreat was organised for our lecturers. Team-building activities, brainstorming and sharing exposed colleagues exposed to new and innovative ideas and techniques for teaching and learning and enhancing professional nursing education. This fruitful day consolidated team spirit and energised and motivated participants.
