Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong West Cluster and the School of Nursing joined forces to celebrate International Nurses Day on May 12, 2023, with a seminar attended by more than 350 in-person and online participants.
The International Nurses Day Celebration cum Seminar provided a platform for participants to revisit the challenges faced by the nursing profession and look ahead to future opportunities. A light-up ceremony was led by Dr Theresa Li Mun-pik (李敏碧), Cluster Chief Executive, Ms Jane Chan Lai-hung (陳麗紅), Cluster General Manager (Nursing) from Hong Kong West Cluster and, from the School of Nursing, Professor Chia-Chin Lin (林佳靜), Director, and Professor Sophia Chan Siu-chee (陳肇始), Senior Advisor to President’s Office.
