The 15th International Virtual Symposium on Healthy Aging, themed "Towards Enduring Youth", was held on 13 and 14 March 2021, and attracted a record of over 930 registrants. Twenty-six renowned local and overseas speakers covered a wide range of topics on healthy ageing.
The symposium also offered the opportunity to present Young Investigator Awards. The awardees in the Oral Category were Mr Cheung Man-him (張文謙), PhD candidate, School of Biomedical Sciences, and Dr Wu Xiaoping (吳曉萍), Postdoctoral Fellow, Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy. While in the ePoster Category awards were given to Ms Katrina Chau Cheuk-wai (周卓慧), MBBS student; Ms Hu Xiaoqian (胡筱芊), PhD student, School of Biomedical Sciences; Ms Wu Tingting (吳婷婷), PhD student, Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care; and Dr Yao Wang (王堯), Postdoctoral Fellow, Department of Medicine.
