The Investigator-initiated clinical study (IIS) Facilitation Scheme was launched in 2020, to encourage and facilitate more high impact IISs under HKUMed. Services will be offered to clinical investigators in stages, mostly via a one-stop online platform called "IISupreme", which will launch in the second quarter of 2021. Through IISupreme, clinical investigators and their research personnel can request professional clinical research services from HKU-CTC and access comprehensive research resources such as local, national and international clinical research guidelines and study document templates.
