The series aimed to enhance public awareness of medical conditions prevalent in Hong Kong and highlight how medical research and novel therapies have improved patient management. Topics covered were high blood pressure and gout (September 2020), common gastrointestinal and liver diseases (October 2020), end-of-life care (November 2020), infectious diseases of public importance (February 2021), and updated treatments in breast cancer and blood cancer (April 2021).
