“Exercise is Medicine” 5K Challenge

The School of Nursing held its "Exercise is Medicine" 5K Challenge on 27 October 2020 at HKU Stanley Ho Sports Centre Complex. This event was in conjunction with the Centre for Sports and Exercise and the University Health Service's 5K Fun Run and Walk. The event brought together members of the HKU community to stay active during the COVID-19 pandemic in a fun and safe way. Over 30 staff members and postgraduate students participated, setting a great example for healthy active living.
