In May 2021, students from MBBS Patient Care Programme (PCP) course, Margaret Kay Ho (何美琪) and Elaine Tian Yi-ling (田憶靈), had their opinions published in the Medical Teacher journal.
Another group of students from the Health Research Project (HRP 2019-2020), namely Vivian Hui Chin-chin (許釺釺), Li Hiu-ching (李曉晴), Josh Chow Hoi-kin (周愷健), Chris Ng Sheung-chit (伍尚哲), Constance Lui Yan-wing (呂昕穎), Jasmine Fung Lee-fong (馮莉芳), and Christopher Mak Chun-yu (麥駿宇), published their findings on direct-to-consumer genetic testing (DTCGT) and genetic counseling (GC) in the Journal of Genetic Counseling in September 2021. The project was conducted under the supervision of Dr Gary Lau Kui-kai (劉巨基), Clinical Assistant Professor of Department of Medicine, and Dr Brian Chung Hon-yin (鍾侃言), Clinical Associate Professor of Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.
