The Single Cell Workshop, jointly organised by Dr Joshua Ho（何永基）, Dr Asif Javed and Dr Huang Yuanhua（黃淵華）, was held on Zoom. It was a 3-day workshop designed for investigators and students who were interested in learning about scRNASeq and familiar with scRNASeq-related topics. The interactive workshop covered key aspects of single cell analysis, beginning from the basics and building towards more advanced analyses. It aimed to provide practical hands-on experience. Throughout the workshop, the attendees used their own laptops to analyse manageable sample datasets. Over 100 participants attended the workshop via Zoom.
