A summer programme ‘Discover HKU Nursing’ was organised for about 100 secondary students who aspire to serve the community as professional nurses. The first half-day activities included online lectures and tutorials and sharing from HKU School of Nursing teachers, student mentors and alumni. Followed by two identical full-day on-site activities for students at HKU. Students toured around the main campus and medical campus to familiarise the university and experienced hands-on clinical skills in the nursing laboratory.
