Clinical Trials Centre was excited to launch the IISupreme EDC service – a free-of-charge electronic data capture service for investigator-initiated clinical studies (IISs) powered by REDCap. As part of the ‘investigator-initiated clinical studies facilitation scheme’ supported by HKUMed, all HKUMed staff or Hospital Authority’s Hong Kong West Cluster staff with honorary appointment under HKUMed participating or interested in IISs are eligible to apply for a user account on IISupreme and start enjoying the IISupreme EDC service and other services supporting IISs, including:
• PRACTISE® IIS – training courses focusing on investigator-initiated clinical study compliance, management and operations
• Clinical trial insurance
• Clinical study agreement administration
• Other useful resources – guidelines, regulations, documents and forms
