Medical students from the Health Research Project, namely Ng Sze-nok (吳思諾), Tang Lok-kan (鄧樂勤), Leung Chi-kei (梁智基), Cheng Chung-yi (鄭琮怡), Cheung Mei-shan (張美珊), Lam Yuet-yee (林悅兒), Yeung Leong-ching (楊亮澄) and Tse Yung-ting (謝蓉婷), published their assessment on the level of standard first aid knowledge among Hong Kong undergraduates in the Hong Kong Journal of Emergency Medicine. The paper identified the associated factors, and examined the participants’ attitudes, training preferences and obstacles in first aid training. The project was conducted under the supervision of Dr Patsy Chau Pui-hing (周珮馨), Associate Professor and Chair of Knowledge Exchange and External Relations of School of Nursing, and Tai Wing-han (戴頴嫻), Manager (First Aid Training) of Hong Kong Red Cross.
