Around 250 secondary school students visited HKUMed School of Nursing as part of the programme of the HKU Medical and Healthcare Academy. Apart from an introduction to the nursing programme, students learned the basic techniques of wound dressing. They also learned to communicate with patients using the high-fidelity simulators. Students found practising nursing skills with high-fidelity simulators and advanced technology fascinating and practical.
