When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, the following arrangements will be applied:
If either of the warning is hoisted or in force at or after 12:30pm, the lecture will be cancelled.
If either of the warning is lowered or cancelled at or before 12:30pm, the lecture will be held as scheduled.
